Dear Andersen Elementary School Students and Parents/Guardians:
Welcome to Summer Break! Congratulations to our fifth graders, who are moving on to middle school in August! We wish you the best of luck with your next adventures. Best wishes to all families who are PCSing. We will miss you next year! And, we’ve said it many times, but we can never say it enough: thank you to our volunteers for your time and dedication to our students this year! We can’t thank you enough for the fantastic activities and support.
For your planning purposes, please note the following:
June 11-August 14: Summer Office Hours 0800-1500 (Monday – Friday). Closed June 19 and July 3.
Thursday, August 13: New Student Orientation for Kindergarten-5th Grade 1000-1045, 1100-1145, 1300-1345
Thursday, August 13: Pre-K Orientation 1400-1430
Friday, August 14: Pre-K Orientation 1100-1130
Friday, August 14: Sneak Peek 1200-1330
Monday, August 17: First Day of School for Kindergarten-5th Grades
Please note that a flyer with links and QR codes will be emailed the week of July 27 so families can pick their orientation session for the K-5 and Pre-K Orientation. Additionally, beginning-of-year information will be sent in early August.
